Hi Guys,

I would like to know who in WA gives good prices on Tyres, as we all know tyres for HD Softails is the new growth industry!

I have just completed a return trip from SA, completing about 7,000 klms and require a new rear tyre, (about 500klms before i left) so any one with information as to where or who is providing good prices for Dunlop 200/55R17 tyres will be appreciated.

the rrp is usually around the 350 mark for the D407 dunlop...u wont find many under that but if ya do let us all know
alternatively change brands maybe and it wouldnt be much cheaper...i reckon a group buy would be the go if we could get 10 or more fellas interested ...we maybe able to bulk buy and all get 3 tyres each for the price of 1 ....who knows....not every 1 is a fan of the dunlop though...Good luck

I buy my tyres online (a couple at a time) from M&M's & get the bloke at twin tyres in Maddington to fit them. The bill doesn't even reach $200 per tyre.

I am sure you have us all interested, I have had a look a couple of times on the ebay thing and by the time the shipping was configured, the cost was around the $300 anyway. So any chance of some more detail? who do you use as the shipping carrier?

I have bought tyres from this shop before "Tyres for Bikes" in Vic Park and I found them to be the cheapest any where. (That's without trying online or the US of A) I haven't bought a tyre for a couple of years now though. But they would be the first place I'd check with again when the time comes for more tyres. They had HD tyres and all....
