Today on the F3

I was travelling home today on the F3 heading south - there was a car smash on the other side of the hwy (heading North) Police cars everywhere.

There was a bike Cop heading south, slowly - right over against the barrier wall in the middle - all the traffic slowed down as soon as we saw him, there was a Patch rider in front of me - as soon as Mr Plod saw the H.D rider he jumped out behind him - sat up behind him on his rear right for 2 mins - then up next to him in the left lane - right next to him for about 10klms - we were all doing 109 klms per hr - the bloke on the bike never looked at him once while he was being checked out  - anyway Mr Plod left him alone - he turned off at the first exit, so we all did 125pm again.

Not much of end to my little yarn - better than him pulling him over for nothing though!!

I broke a speedo cable on my way to work one arvo, on my way home that night I got stuck behind a cop car. I sat behind them for about 20k's thinking we were going way too slow, eventually they pulled me over and the first thing the copper asked was if my speedo was working. Country coppers knew my car and me and knew that I would normally overtake em if they sat under the speed limit. Luckily they were good coppers and let me go with a warning to fix my speedo
