Well first off i've had the bike from new & have over 80k up, have gone through about 3 new set's of Progressive fork springs, for the last say 4 years i've mostly trailered the bike just drag racing it so the fork springs lost tention being tied down on trailer a lot. Now i'm riding it again and will ride to race. i've found the forks have gone soft ( for a better way of describing how they now work ) so i'll get new bushs seals & fork springs & rebuild. what i'd like to know is were could i buy a new set of Race Tech fork springs to suit the 01 FXD forks? they are 39mm tubes, also i have seen mention Icon make replacement fork springs, are they just the same as original HD springs or are they performance springs? who stocks in NSW?
