Sometimes you see people that have taken the switch from dirt bikes stick their leg out when cornering.

Actually this signal is by used by older motorcycle racers usually thanking a slower rider for letting them through.It is also used to reconise fellow motorcycle riders. I have been on the Putty rd on my old Electraglide, and overtaken by a group of Hyabusa riders being chased by an old bloke on souped up triump bonny. I used this signal to indicate to him to overtake in my lane on my right. He responded with the same signal as a thank you. dats how it works with us old blokes!

OK although i noticed many riders are so intent on obeying the law they dont warn other riders of potetial govt fund raisers in the direction they've just come from - i was wondering if i wanted to know how would a HD rider signal an oncoming rider of such an inconvienience? (i cant flash my lights - unless iam riding my BMW...LMAO......)
