Ok fitted this today along with the flush mount fuel cap.  Pretty easy in the end.  Although if you follow thier directions regarding the wiring to the speedo the wiring is permanent and then you will have problems removing the tank.  I ended up putting is a sealed connection between the wire to the speedo and the guage.  Then I can take off the tank without problems.  The hassle  is callibrating the guage, it took me about 10 go's to finally get it done.  The directions are pretty strict regarding covering the daylight sensor. 3 Seconds exactly.  I had a bit of a search and a lot of people had the same problem,  I tried 2-2.5 sec and got it right the first time....Although the directions don't say you can calibrate the guage as many times as you want....

Overall pretty happy with the look and overall finish that it gives.  $139.00 US form M&M...

That was for the set, delivered from M&M. They both replace the original caps. If you go to the Kuryakyn web site you can download the instructions. Also lists models that it will fit to.

I have the same setup with both caps and the instructions say to wait till near empty before calibrating to enable a personal "reserve" as when you calibrate it thinks you do it at empty. I haven't done it yet I'm still working down the fuel level, I can see myself on the freeway running out gas in a day or 2 though lol.

Thanks for the post AJ didn't know you can re-calibrate it, nice tip as the instructions say you only have 2mins to calibrate after you turn the ignition on so it's a bit deceiving........and ya tank looks the goods too mate, nice !
