I have an 08 Road King Classic, non ABS, 60K+ and am having issues with warping disc rotors. First Left Front, then Rear, now Left Front again. Anyone else experienced this? By the way, 30 years riding, 4 Harley's and several UJM's, for the record I DON'T WARP DISCS !

Had warped rotors on the front of my '09 FLHT at about 50 thou ks, had them changed under warranty.

Semi-floaters Hilly, had the first one changed under warranty, others happened out of warranty, always a hassle, still trying to change m/cyl lid, again warranty, ordered it but never come in,

but on the rotors, I'm talking to local shop, (not authorized stealer) maybe consider changing to solids from previous years

So must be isolated to MY bike only, I guess I'll be running a dial indicator over the axle/rim/calipers

hey coxy our 09 flhtcu has a warpt front left rotor almost from new !!!!!... when i quizzed the dealer they said to bad soo sad ??!!! i must have jumped on the brakes too much and heated it up!! there a bunch of fuggin carnts ...

I was always taught to do some light braking (even if its unnecessary) before getting up to speed to avoid warped rotors. Going from cold to red hot because you've had to slam them on down the road does damage - that's not to say its the only thing that can cause fucked rotors...
