    Hi,

    1) i want to order the 2011 Iron, any recommemdations on a Sydney dealer?

    2) I was wondering if anyone knows a good mechanic in Sydney to help install SESP pipes, SE heavy breather and Tuner?

I am planning on buying these parts from the US through M&M's but not sure if dealers such as Frasers and the likes would welcome doing such a job? would it help if i brought the bike from them? Its just the pricing for the aftermarket parts are just so much cheap then OZ.

    Cheers,

    Clem

Pipes are easy to do yourself.
breather is not to hard either.
Just follow the destructions that come with it.
you will need a few tools torque wrench etc.
will take a few hours but will be worth it.
dealer will charge ya a few hundred bucks.
    I got the TTS
some dealers will deal with non harley.
Trivett are very up front no bullshit good quality and will discuss non HD parts.
if you dont wanna tinker SEpro race tuner might be the go as the dealers understand it and can use it to dyno the bike if you wanna spend 400 bucks.
    hope that helps.

I got my bike from Blacktown they are great.
I guess i recommended trivett as its the best convo ive had with a service guy to date he was like yeah i treat every bike like its mine and we detail every bike after its been worked on.
Price is probably i little more expensive but im He gave me the impression he would do top class work.
There is deus cycles in parramatta road they do custom work som egreat bikes in their showroom and they have done some wild custom sportster work ive seen pics of.
    good luck with it.

Sy's at Liverpool are good they have a good service team. young Andrew owns and rides a Sportser Iron himself. Santina in charge of Spare parts is a HD factory trained Mechanic.

Blacktown Harley are good too, so is Frazer's, i've never been to Trivitt as they are relitively new. the thing is if you buy genuine parts & you have a new HD that has two year warranty, it should not matter what dealer you go to they all should know there job. & i think they would all have high labour charges around the same . but if it was me & i had a new Sportster, i would go to Sy's just because I know one of there renches ride's a Sportster the same and loves it, so he would know the bike better than most as he has one.

    cheers
