hi every one, 

i bought my first harley, a 1996 road king 1340 efi evo 54000 klms, love it,  but it has a promblem when i go down a hill with throtle off it cuts out,, when you thrrotle back on  for a few secons, like some one has turn the key off

, or the fuel  off

can some help me
