1996 road king 1340 efi

    i bought my first harley 1996 road king efi 54,000klms i love it,     but i have a promblem when i go down hill with the throtle off  then go to acelerate again it dose not go for sort time like there is no fuel or some ones tuned the key off

    can some one help

    Could be old injectors, if they are the original ones try replacing them and get the complete fuel filter and pump system pressure checked out as well.

    as i go down the hill with the throttle off,,,, as   i turn the throttle to go it wont go for about 3 secons,   then it goes,,,, it also happen when coming to the corner on the flat i turn the throttle off to slow down,,,, then turn the throttle on and it wont go for about three secons and goes again all by its self,,,    it is like some one has turned the key off and turned it back on again for about three secons  dose it nead resetting as above

    Dave, there is a recurring theme here--going down a hill and around a corner suggests- as Hogbag said-- possible #44 Bank Angle Sensor...

    Check for the codes!

    hi again,,
    took the bike for a got some fuel,, she would not start flooded,, sat for a minute ,, she went, got down the road and the throttle stuck on half throttle i hit the kill switch and pull over,,well think about this for a minute, got going again half way home a she stop for three seconds and went again,, i got home,,,,, i had lots off fun on that outing

    i then printed the diagnostic code out,, tried it out,, key on key off,, gust what,, no flashing not a thing repeated a few times nothing

    hi ,  tryed the 4 sec on 3 sec off, not a thing its gone back to the shop they tryed it to ,,but not a thing ?????? they are looking in to it
