Just imported US 1968 Shovelhead, having trouble registering in Vic as they have no no stamped on frame. Has anyone experience in overcoming this issue. Thanks.

A friend of mine a couple of years back had the same issue with a 68 FLH. It turned out that the police issue of around that year had no frame number. He took photocopies from a manual to prove his point.
