It was my husband that was killed on the m1 near Pimpama on the 13th December on his Harley, and I am so sick of people telling me that he took the rist, I made a point at his funeral for the celebrant to make a comment that it wasnt the bike that killed him it was a driver, he was not at fault and people need to realise that this is a passion not an effort. people die everyday doing what they love, just leave the bike riders alone and get over it. He will be missed but its what he loved.
Thanks for posting that message and my condolences for your loss. Sadly the ones that need to take the most care on the roads are car drivers, they are relatively safe inside their cages and I expect that most don't spare a thought for people riding bikes.
Condolences to you and your family, sorry to hear of your loss.
well said phantom, I was thinking of what to write and you sumed it up..... my condolances also
My most sincere condolences Dear Lady.
Welcome to the forum, you have been heard and understood by like minded people with the same passions.
My guess is that your Husbands Spirit lives on in your heart, and it's the shallow folk that you mention that will receive your sympathy, as they may so pitifully deserve it.
You ever need a hand to do that, or anything else for that matter, just give us a call.
Condolences to you and your family
I think it has been summed up pretty well so all I can do is offer my condolences
Thinking of you.
Welcome to the forum and i am sorry for your loss.I am glad you arent listening to those wankers who say he took the risk.

To have lived without passion is not really having lived at all...........................Condolences.
