I have an FXDLI with a deep bucket Sundowner seat which is very comfortable, I never get a sore arse but the missus does after and hour and a half or so. Apart from leaving her at home  are there any mods I can do to make her seating more comfortable.

Will look at another aftermarket seat or maybe a padded cover or sheepie or whatever.

without trying to trivalise this topic ..I think the issue actually lies with the females not the seat

I can ride all day, 10-12 hours, and the butt is fine ... the wife however starts wriggling after an hour or two ... she had some lamb skin wool at one stage and it helped but still she got sore

maybe try one of those airhawk seats???

I fitted a vibe rider. She forgot obout the comfort quick smart

lambys wool makes a difference ,but the air butt could be the key ,karl reckons a d....o but i aint gonna say it

The air hawk cusion turned up today, speedy delivery service. Gonna fit it on tonight, hopefully the missus wont be doing any more riggling around. Told her to HTFU like some of you suggested but that nearly got me divorced

Will let ya's know what she thinks, now gotta go for a loooooooooong ride.

Metcruze custom seats in Dubbo make the most comfortable seats I've had in 41 years of riding, I've got  the Sundowner off my 08 King there being modified now,hope to have it back next week. cost about $200 to put new comfy foam in & use the existing cover.
