Rolled the bike outta the shed, started to piss down, rolled it back into the shed, cleaned and polished it a bit.

That was my ride for the day.

I understand that a certain gentleman from these parts had a very interesting ride this weekend

Minus a hung over Hoody, I made it upto the Pie in Sky at around 10.30, had a cuppa then scooted down to the entrance via old highway.. Big greasy burger ( perfect cure for a hang over!!) a lie on the grass, then back up the freeway to Mt White, Ol Pacific hwy again ( left some of my pegs in the new tarmac) to Pie N Sky for another drink, pulled in the garage at 4.30, 1st coldie finished by 4.31, then sat back and looked at the bike and had number 2.. great day, about 250k's

Had my cousin down from Horsham on his shiny new Softy for the weekend, we hit the turps for another cousins engagement on Saturday, then caught up for a bit of a blat on Sunday.

Went into my favorite cafe for lunch (If you're ever in Ballarat, Cafe Lekker on Doveton St has some of the best food, and IMHO the best coffee in town), then followed him the 100 odd kms to Ararat before we parted ways and headed for our respective homes.
Beautiful day, sun was out and the air was warm, caught a bit of wind here and there, but hey, I'm not complaining.

Left the Sunshine Coast last Thursday and headed south to Beaudesert, then to Rathdowny, over Lyons rd to Kyogal, then Casino, Grafton. From Grafton we rode to Dorrigo via Nymboida, got on it at Dorrigo. Friday, Dorrigo to Armidal then to Walcha, down the Oxley to Long Flat for a beer and then onto Warchope. From Warchope down the highway to Forster. Saturday toured arond Forster. Sunday Forster to the Central Coast to visit family and then back to Forster to get on it again. Monday, Forster to Grafton in the rain all the way. Today, Grafton to the Sunshine Coast via Casino, Kyogal, Lyons rd, Beaudesert and home about an hour ago. 6 days on the road with 25 mates on Harleys, did about 2500km, drank way tooooo much piss and had an absolute ball. 1 speeding ticket but I didn't get it.......

Went for a little ride over Christmas. Melbourne to Dubbo, Dubbo to Brisbane, returned Brisbane to Newcastle, Newcastle to Melbourne.
Last day was hell, 12 hours, 1050kms. Cold, foggy, hot, smoky, raining all in one day.
