Fugg the mail.
Fugg you Dave.
Couple of days ago I rode to Mt Helena where, behind the hotel, was a meeting of old bikes owners club.
Some nice, old machines on display:
All lovingly restored and in perfect working condition
Rode into Adelaide Central Markets Sat morning to catch up with Uncle Ho & his daughter, KC, Fattboy, and Paul K.
Then caught up with some other mates and rode down to Sotto's @ Semaphore for the best fish & chips in Adelaide on a magic spring day. Sure glad I went out riding yesterday, as it's pissing down today.
No where.......had to bloody work
Oh and i like the Indian
Went for a ride out to wynum too see my boy for fathers day . went to the grand view hotel at cleveland for some games of pool and a rum ro two
all in all a good day was hade
Onya Ho....sounds like the best fathers day mate.....rain on a day like this dont mean shit.........cant wait till my ones are old enough to go out on a ride with...and your right ....life is great
Went for a run down to see the new & improved MCA warehouse on Parramatta Rd, for those who know where the 2nd's world is, it's right next door in the same driveway. They are still getting it all together, but once it's finished it'll be worth a longer look, then cruised up to the pie in the sky for an hour to watch the zoom zoom bikes fly along the old Rd.
Just rode back from a mates funeral. Richard was only 45 and as fit as a bull. He loved he's surfing and sun, and that's what got him in the end.....the dreaded Melanoma. Fuck I hate cancer, only the good die young. What a fucken waste of a great blokes life. He loved his yellow Triumph Rocket 111, and would allways be face in the breeze and riding at Mach 10. Could never sit still, and I bet even now he will be giving the riders up stairs a run for there money.
I'm gunna get smashed tonight in his honour.
Ride on mate, ahead of the bunch now,
don't wait for us,
we'll catch uo one day.
R.I.P
I'm glad I took the bike to the service, knowing Richard, he would've wanted it that way.
