Softail Price

    hey guys i posted this in another section of the forums but i think it is in the wrong spot so here goes.

    im going to studying next year and i am wanting to get a harley, to travel from wynnum to southbank in brisbane and also do some weekend rides with the missus. well anyways i was wondering is there any chance of getting a softail night train or similar looking bike for around $12000. or how much would i need to spend?

    you could get a decent sportster or look for a jappa...

    is it possible without living in US to buy a bike from there since our dolloar is going so good and still work out cheaper with all the over heads?

    how much would the over heads cost, just ball park figure?

    If you are chasing a Softail or nighttrain for that money you cant afford to own a harley
    Importing one you still dont have enough money.
    Stick to a jappa or a postie bike

    Mate go for a FXR. You should get one for around the $13k (and a bit) mark. Handle great. fantastic bike.
