Hey guys does anyone have experience with the software used to program a harley ECU?

I have the super tuner pro which came with my bike minus cables and software.

Before i get too flamed I was a motorcycle mechanic until about 8 years ago so have a fair understanding of how these these things work though admittedly most bikes ive worked on have been carbied and not EFI.

I went to order the software/cable package from the local stealer anf they told me that the software available to public (non dealers) is limited and will only let you VIEW what has happened, is happenning, or needs to happen to the bike AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO MAKE ANY CHANGES.

Before i spend the money i'd like someone to please confirm or deny thiis.
