We were having a lovely ride yesterday....Powell Town, Yarra Junction, Healsville, Black Spur...lunch at Buxton Pub. Sometimes you just shouldn't open your gob. While having lunch, stated that if it had been a "proper" summers day (not raining) the coppers would be all over this area...hadn't seen any so far. Off we go past Marysville and up and over the Reefton Spur. Couldn't really enjoy the twisties as road very wet & slippery. Lo & behold, at Woods Point turnoff there were 2 cars, 2 bikes & an EPA tester. Oh joy!

Two came over & spent some time looking & talking about the Screaming Eagles, while I was Beath tested & had License checked & was handed the latest pamphlets about safe riding etc. OK so far. Must have been my lucky day...they jumped onto a noisy sports bike to EPA test instead. (Phew)....Talked to the lads & they confirmed that they will be haunting this area during "summer?" Ahhhh summer....don't you just love it. (Be warned brothers).

Suppose we're lucky we retained at least a 130k limit up here! Would of loved to have gone for a run when it was open limits! Just to wring her neck......legally anyway!
