So what mods do I have to do to get this 21 inch front wheel on the Fatboy? (is it a 21 incher?)
I know the glaringly obvious, i.e. wheel and guard, but what else and where from?
Do the forks need to change etc?
I've had this thing for fat spoked wheels for a while now and have been dreaming of a change
As Dave says you may have to change spacers etc, but if you use your hub brakes etc and have a new rim laced to it the only issue you will have is mudguard clearance and i believe they are still avail in fibreglass from the states try Ness, he has some weird and wonderful stuff .

Had 21 inch 52 spoke Mammoth fitted the other week.
Replaced the standard 21 inch on my 09 Softie.
The one I got from the US had bearings already installed.
You can get them without bearing but harder job to complete all up.
Mine simply needed different spacers and it all went together without a hitch.
But I did not do the job cause I know jack shit mechanically.
I was hoping I could buy all the bits required as a kit and then get the guard painted and the tyre I wanted. That would be good!
Surley someone out there must do it?
