Question: What is the largest cubic size you can go to on a 96 cube engine.

I know that 200 ci is easily available if you remove R&R your motor.  Everyone needs more cubic inches.  I think there is a 106 kit from S&S which will give you the best bang for the buck.  Headquarters is a 107 kit but what difference would 1 CI make for the extra money?  I believe that there are very similar in Dyno readings depending on what other components are available & used.  I know a friend of mine in W. Australia but a Turbo on a 100 CI Sportster and it seems to have enough power to get the groceries.

my bro has a 2010 fxd which he had a 113ci screamng eagle kit installed from new. bike is an animal that lights up the rear wheel with just roll on, no clutch dump all the way through first and second gears. yet to be dynod but hoping for 120hp at the rear at least. should see that considering my dads 110ci electra glide standard did 118hp to the wheel.

noodles i was jus giving a bit of advice from spending some time on bigger cube harley motors, just saying you dont need to go massive to have some very fun power.

definitely would recommend the 113 kit, awesome power all through the range yet still very ridable.

Hi, My first post, I dont Know how much  113 cost but the dealers here do the jims131 motor if you hunt around  for about $9000 with a years warranty, and still have your old motor . A lot of the parts in the  hd race 120 come from this.

The jims 131 is an absolute stinker if set up right making 100 bhp and 140 t at 3600rpm  most other big cub high performace are around 4500rpm to get 100bhp.  Hope this is helpful regards Bryan.

First, the 103” kit is okey, part # 0903-0384 $1495.00 retail, you need pistons $305.00 retail, and you have to send you cylinders out to be bored another $350.00 to $450.00= approx $2200.00 retail

    recommends go to www.sscycle.com

Go to the lower left hand box marked “106” kit, click on that read all about it. Love, Love, Love it!!!

    No boring, retail is $695.00 S & S 585 gear drive cams # 0925-0158 $ 781.95 retail, push rods # 0928-0017 $210.95 and performance valve springs kit- mark recommends the titanium top collars # 0926-0308 retail # 232.95 approx $2000.00 retail

I don’t quote wholesale pricing until you know what you want and have gone over everything  But with the 106” easier, quicker , faster, better, more displacement, more bang for buck.

this is an email i got when looking at doing something to my bob usd though
