workshop manual compered to bike maintainence manual

    does any one know the difference between maintainence manual  & a  workshop manual cost etc   manual to compleatley strip down a bike then rebild again  not for me but a frend

    80-100 for workshop manual good for fixing stuff, maintenance free with bike only good for checking tyres and oil,
