My stand is leaning the bike over so far now i think its going to fall soon... Its a 2005 Dyna Super Giled. Is it the stand or the spring or is this common at all? (I deff know its more now then when i got the bike)

Could it be a crack in the stand lock tab?
Does the stand look like its angled further rearward than normal when the handlebars are cranked to the left or with the wheel centred?
I would suggest the spring is not the culprit...

could be no fault of the bike at all. have you started parking on the side of a hill, you could test it by parking the other way, you may notice the the stand may not go all the way down if the hill is to steep
