Bike arrived in April and then had complete front and rear ends removed and the top half of the engine. 5 weeks later I picked it up and after approx 30 hours of accessory fitting I rode it over the last 2 Sundays (work so interferes). After it has done 1000 klms I am getting it on a Dyno to finalise tuning. With the head work, cams and push rods, high compression pistons and the slightly bigger capacity I think this will perform OK. 2nd ride it heavily rained and it took a while to get it back to my standards, but so be it. Will be interested to see rear wheel HP readouts.

JeffB .... looks like a lot of money and time has already gone into the bike ... it will certainly stand out in the crowd ..and most importantly it has your mark on it ...looks great

so what did you do to the front and rear ends to remove them completely ..apart from the chroming that is

the chrome I have on my road king is enough for me lol

Hi Jeff and welcome to the forum.

Tell me more about your engine mods, what cams and ignition system did you get. You mention pushrods, did they fit Harleys perfit fit because it dont look like you have adjustables. What head work have you had done other than compression releases fitted.

Inquiring minds would like to know.

    RT

    SE HC pistons
    Crane valves
    Crane pushrods
    SE 256 camshafts
Head ported for larger valves, then polished
    Modified header gaskets
    S&S slip ons
Arel Ness big sucker air cleaner

Will be getting it on a Dyno to finalise tuning after 1000 kmls.

    Go Well

Yes for the chroming. Replaced pinch bolts and altered fork oil whilst it was stripped
