HI all, first time Harley owner, I got myself a 48, I was riding past the Harley shop at Mount Isa on my Husky 450 my eyes locked on the 48 and thought, I gotta have one .My wife wanted me to get a Tennerie and that was a sticking point, it was funny looking at the dealers face, it had the exspresion on her face was like, you poor bastard you have to beg to buy a bike, it made me laugh. So now I have to wait to Friday to pick the girl up all I'm waiting for is a set of white wall tyres, she doing a strait swap. One thing I will be looking for is a bigger tank the distance between towns is a little far for the girl, I'd rather be riding her than walking hand in hand so if anyone can give me some advice on a bigger tank weather it's a custom or a standard tank that would be great.

Hi Dickobigfish the bike in the avatar is one of the bikes in the judgement day comp so check out the web site, this is the one I like the most . My bike is still on the floor at the shop, I'm waiting on a set of fat boy bars, white wall tyres and a chrome rack, and hopefully Friday will be the day. I never owned a Harley before and I have never had a ride on one either, so I cant wait!. But like I said, check out the Judgement day web site and you will see some nice 48's on their, and as soon as I get mine I will post some pics
