The Street Rod what are they like I only ever seen a few on the road the reason I am asking is if I can get the right money for my Sporty and the bank is kind to me there is one I am looking at it's a 2005 model with only 6500kms on it for $16,000 also why a Street Rod well I got short legs and I have ridden a few V-Rods are the forwards are to far forward so I feel the mids controls may suit me better.

Anyway got to sell the Sporty first and that will be hard because I love this bike and as I said gotta see what my bank says as well cheers.

couldnt tell ya mate but id say they would handle better than the vrod, they have more ground clearance and better shocks, seems like a good price, for another 8-10 grand you could get a new vrod muscle

Thanks Mickrod a mate of mine has a Muscle Rod he has just fitted a set of Burleigh Bars to it they are the ones that are made for the Muscle it puts him in a far better riding postion at one stage he was thinking of selling the bike before he fitted the bars but now he could not be happier.

Anyway back to the Street Rod at this stage I am only toying with the idea of buying one as I said I got to get the right price for my Sporty plus a loan from the bank and at the moment I got to weigh up the pros and cons I own the Sporty I love the bike and I am debt free but if I buy the Street Rod I have stepped up in the age of the bike with lower kms and have a lot more usable power so at this time just getting any feedback cheers.
