Sorry if im being a pain in the butt with the million and one questions, but I'm new to the HD club and really appreciate the advice from experienced owners. I would like to put on a set of pipes that are loud at idle but won't do too much damage at high revs, etc. Can anyone sugest a well-priced option? Where do you get them from? On-line? Does anyone have a set for sale? Are slip ons OK? etc, etc.
Your advice would be great.

( idle but won't do too much damage at high revs) thats definatly not my harley......I have S&S slip ons and the harder you twist the throttle the louder it gets.........but its ok just crusing at 110.........I were open face and no ear plugs.
