Im looking at putting a set of big radius/ground pounder style pipes on my 07 wideglide and was wondering if anyone knows which of these to brand pipes flow the highest/ make the most power. Im not interested in going to a 2-1 pipe as i dont like the look of them although i know the make more power/torque. Bike is cammed and has atleast a 103 kit from what i was told.

Its a Choice of what you like the best, I have a 2007 s,tail 103 kit crane 310 cams & tts tuner with hooker trouble makers and happy with performace fro idle - 6000rpm.
Hooker has a deeper exhaust note and no join in the outer covers. cost $475 when new
    vance & hines were $1250.
I have mates with vance & hines big radius and are just as happy.
performance wise you would not feel the difference on the road.

    cheers

I really like my VnH Big Radius. When planning the purchase of the bike, the Radius were the only pipes I wanted. I was worried that they might be too loud, but with the baffles in, they are great. Good pull with a heavy breather, and can be loud when you crack the gas.

You can get them landed here from MnM Cycles for about $600-$700.

The install is a piece of cake - I did it myself, and then heat shield setup is such that there is no yellowing at all.

Worth every dollar in my book.

Problem with the hookers is that they are not welded 360 degrees where the header meets at the collector and they leak like a bitch, hence the reason they backfire and pop more than the V & H. Just a cheap copy of the V & H.

Hooker and V&H where made in the same Factory. Hooker stopped making Motorcycle Pipes late 08. They never produced a set for 06 and up Dyna's
