I am lucky as neighbours on both sides love my bike. My mates have not had any problems either. Went through an RBT recently and cops didn't even mention the noise. One mate got pulled up some time back but the cop just wanted to check his bike out. Nothing said about the noisy V&H pipes.

First off congrats on getting your bike at long last and that is one tricked out looking 48 and I see you wasn't shy on spending a few $$$$ on it also is it rude to ask you what the bike owe's at this time and maybe a bit of a break down on the costing of parts if you don't mine I like the look of your pipes but I dare say I could not afford a set at this time and one more question about the pipes are they loud cheers.

nice bike, looks great      i have v&h short shots on my iron with baffles, very loud ,cops in cairns dont give a shit about the noise as long as your not being a dickhead, my unit backs onto the cop shop and a few of the boys in blue have loud hds themselves,  gotta love north qld

Hey Micky, got pulled up in a RBT this arvo.  There were 4 coppers hanging around and nothing! Just checked the rego. I gave the bike a little tickle as I left to give the boys in blue a buzz.

Looks great Mike. Just got ours home from Geelong. Looking at everyones mods, like yours' so might follow plus adding a larger fuel tank.

troy runs Nightmare designs in SA , down south at Lonsdale . If you look at the 48 competition that HD australia are running he painted peter stevens 48 in Adelaide . Also he has a web site... my horn covers and levers were done by him and there are photos in the VRSC section on here
