As I tend to ride all over the place and get lost, I thought it would be good to get a GPS so at least I can pretend I know where I'm going (and then get home) - anyone used a good one with up to date maps (with all the old country roads)? What's it called, where'd ya get it & what's it look like mounted?
Check out the Strike Genius, www.strike.com.au/products/GPS/Strike-Genius-Motorcycle-GPS
At $499.00 it's half the price of the Garmin Zumo and Tom-Tom Rider.
Comes with 7/8" and 1" mount, so if you've got 1 1/4 bars you need to buy the RAM mount for $40.00 extra.
All sorts of other fruit in the box as well so you can slip it into your cage if needed.
I've used both Garmin and Tom-Tom but bought the Strike.
