I am putting my hand up to set this run up.
Date I am looking at is Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th February (or the weekend before) Majority Rulz.
Accomodation to be advised - but most likely just over in NSW.
Arrive midday at accomodation - throw off excess luggage.
Ride to the War Memorial - have a respectful gander till late arvo.
Back to base - lock up the rides - walk over to the pub for some grub and a few teeth crackin cold ones.
Sunday - get ya ass outta bed and all meet up for a nice breekie somewhere to be organised.
I will post a link up for the ACT HDF so they can also come along.
Gnoo - get ya wife to look after the cows and come on up.
Sprocket - Can you zip over one day and talk to the cara park owner about costs and how many people per cabin?.
Also, can u ask cost on camp sites as some may swag it. I will send you a PM a bit later on tonight, mate.

If we drop back to the weekend of the 19th / 20th February I am told there is a band on at the Loaded Dog @ Tarago.
Majority Rulz - Please post or PM me your preference.
Sprocket has made some inquires at the Loaded Dog and all looks good.
We cam camp at the Showground for free. Have a shower at the Loaded Dog for $4 if ya want.
Bistro at the Loaded Dog and I understand they serve breekie there also.
Even though we can camp at the showground (2 minutes walk from the pub) they will lock our bikes up in the pub compound for us overnight.
So, gents please send me your thoughts on which dates; the 19th/20th (with a band) or
26th / 27th (NO band employed that Saturday).
Tarago is well back into NSW up through Bungendore.

Once they reply I will post the ride. BTW, the selected weekend is ..... 3rd Weekend in February

Ok - spoke with people at the Loaded Dog.
There is live music on Saturday 19th February.
Band starts at 9pm finishes 12 to 12.30am.
Bisto opens 6pm until 8.30pm.
They can lock away well in excess of 20 bikes.
$40 per bed for the night (includes continental breakfast).
You must cancel you accomodation no later than 48 hours prior to the day bookded in (otherwise NO refund).
Generally 2 people to a room (double and single bed). Some rooms sleep three. 11 rooms all up.
If ya want a room get in early and book cause they say they book out quickly as the time gets closer.
Kerry (Loaded Dog) says any one can pitch a swag / tent in their back car park area, or at the nearby recreation area.
I will load up a ride thread (19th / 20th February) in the next 24 hours.
