I reckon the 21 up front with the lowered front end is what makes that look, as far as ride, I couldnt say, but shit it looks bloody great....

I didn't read all the above so excuse me if I'm giving advice that you have already decided upon. I would tell them to shove the offer up their arse, it is an insult to your inteligence. Keep the bike you've got mate, Harleys haven't braked for the last 100 years so why would you buy one in the first place if you wanted a bike that would stop. At the and of the day you would need an anchor to pull up 300 Kg's of bike in a hurry anyway. The dealers start out by telling you that if you buy a Harley they will hold their value UNLIKE JAP BIKES then they insult you with an offer like that and tell you all the bling means nothing as a trade, all the while thinking to themselves HERE COMES ANOTHER SUCKER/DIPSHIT WITH LOADS OF MONEY TO WASTE ???? If you take that sort of money for your bike you deserve to be ripped off IMO. Regardless of what you do KEEP THE TRUMPY they are the best fun that you can have on two wheels unless you aren't trying, and they brake and go around corners. I've got both (04 Trumpy S3 & 09 Softy) and i couldn't sell either. Just in case, what year is the S3 and how many km's have you put on it ??

Triumph is a 2006 Sprint ST 1050, very smooth and fun but I can only ride it for about 20mins then my knees lock up so its my short ride bike, about 20,000 Klms odd

Ok, i thought it was a speed triple, my mistake. Still a great bike though, shame about the knees.

Yeah mate, the knees are all due to the 84 year old blind driver in his 68 Jag who naturally could see me as I had my invisible bike and clothes on - been 4 years just gone and ya just live with it
My Trumpy was only 6 weeks old when they got me another LOL

Sorry Poddy I bought my bike like this. Not sure if you need new wheel spacers or if you can use standard ones. Same with the guard mine has a different one fitted.
VPW sell mammoth 52 spoke rims. 21 inch front 18 inch rear. I would have gone 18 inch rear if I had of done the wheel swap.

Hey Poddy go the customising route.  Here's roughly what you can get with $5000 for a deluxe. You're going to end up spending another $5000 to customise your new ride anyways. My Deluxe is an 09 model and the brakes are not the brembos, but work fine.  Just upgradeto PM's if you want to stop on a dime.

Shit that looks good, big question "How does it ride with the 21in" Did you swap out the front guard?
