My mate has a 2009 fat boy and he's got 17 inch Apes to put on it.

He want's to know what he need parts wise.

We know that he need new clutch cable and trottle cable and brake lines.

Do harley sell the lines that long ???? if not where's the best place to get them.

Is there somewhere that sell  this in kit form.

Big US indy shops who fit a lot of apes should be able to hook you up with a complete kit including cables and wiiring extensions.

I got mine from a place that make their own bars too. They fucked up my order so I won't recommend them to you. Plenty others to choose from including Drew at Dr. V-Twin as already mentioned.
