Just had a stage one kit fitted to my 07 Dyna Glide. Now it runs heaps cooler and revs out heaps quicker. Open pipes sound great, though REALLY loud. There is some exhaust popping when I back off quick after a big handful but otherwise it runs great and goes like a rocket.

Would be great to know some details of what was done and who did it, ie what pipes, AC and any fuel tuner that was used?

Also how do you know you oil temp, do you have a gauge fitted?

Screamin Eagle Race Tuner, Screamin Eagle Pro aircleaner and S&S slashcut slip on mufflers. I had it fitted by Frasers. Temp is measured by how hot my knees get when I'm sitting at the lights. Hardly scientific I know, but it definitely feels cooler. Prior to fitting the kit it was running so lean it felt like it was running out of fuel at times. Now there is a trace of soot in the pipes and they are black, so that it's not running as lean and therefore must be running cooler

jc&s34 my bike is fitted with the same gear, the popping is alittle bit to much fuel when u back off, frasers just use the closet map on the tuner for ur pipes and filter,a good dyno tuner will get rid of this.

The bloke in spare parts has assured me they will make it run perfectly, it's just a matter of fine tuning. I took some convincing on his behalf to get me to buy it, but it's a pretty impressive package. If were to fit an oil temp gauge about what temp do they run at?

Thanks Stix... Supercycles are down the end of the road. Will try them but they tend to be expensive.

I think where ever you go in Perth it's about $100 bucks an hour. I know Supercycles charge $ 175 an hour if you supply the parts.
