I needed a better seat for an 03 Heritage I intended to spend two weeks perched upon this summer....more importantly, the lovely Ms. Maureen was to be back there and if mama ain't happy, ain't NOBODY happy. Went direct to Mustang and they were backordered. They sent me to their largest distributor, J and P. They had the seat in stock, sent it to a third party in San Diego, CA who was allowing us to stash our riding gear at his condo, and even though I was ordering from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. (My credit card company had fits with the charges coming from all over the place.). Got the seat in fine shape in plenty of time to save the trip. Huge catalog arrived here in Honolulu several weeks later. But, that's the only thing I've ordered from them up to this time.

Rang Chicago Harley yesterday chasing an order that seems to be taking for ever to be dispatched.
I've had suspicions for a while now that something is not quite right over there. Anyway they advised me that they will not be accepting any new orders for international destinations after 1st January 2011. Appears HD has placed some pressure on them that they couldn't ignore.
If you were planning to order some bits from Chicago Harley, you better do it real soon.
Hope M&Ms are not affected too.
