Very quiet postings here in NSW for the Long Weekend.

Now I realise that the weather is not crash hot (showers forecasted).

But, is it due to the double demerits?  I know I'm cautious of these sort of weekends (Not that I speed Mr Lurker).

Ok, I aint surfing the net for all other states / territorries but...................

Do they also have double demerits............just a question to get some fuggen NSW banter ya dork-breaths.

Just got back from a week up to QLD, on the FXWG with my 8yr old riding shotgun....rode through the BOM 'severe weather warning for SEQ' had a blast, shin deep in flood water with me little mate, crackn up sayin 'Dad this mad!' bloody top week...his first long distance ride...memories for a lifetime.
Glad iam back home before the long weekend as the thin blue line is definatly assembling for a big one.......me ,ill wash the bike, and stay local for a few days.

 Was going to do a run Monday with a couple of locals from Sydney  thru Steamers-Ville to Swansea for lunch (Steamer would have alerted you if I was definitely going) but rain in the morning so I might disappoint PC Plodd (a bit short on points) and just go for a hoon around the beaches. Got a mate who has all the gear but has had no bike for a few years so while I have the Iron I've offered to go for a run with him - his first experience of a HD. He'll be sold!
