After a year of squinting at the gauges and radio controls on the BargeGlide I finally did something about it.

 

I found that “Ugly fish” make bifocal sunnies in two lens colours, three powers and 6 other frame types. The link will take you to the “Cyclone” model (PN 24888) and from there you can go to the other models.

 

I chose the brown lens colour in the Cyclone frames as this frame is very light and has an adjustable bridge rest that will let you raise and lower the bifocal lens to provide a correct view through them.

 

Good thing I chose a model with the adjustable bridge and not the fixed bridge type otherwise I would be looking over the bifocal lens and would have had to tilt my head up and look down for focus. The bifocal window is small which is good as there is plenty of room to look over them at what’s ahead.

 

I chose the Brown colour as I can wear them earlier and later in the day as they are not too dark. These are polarised and coated and provide a distortion free view.
