Bike to bike intercom system.

    Wondering if anyone can help.  I am planning an interstate ride with a mate and am considering  buying a bike to bike intercom system.  It’s just bike to bike,  not a rider to passenger system.
     
    Most of the ones that I’ve looked at seem to require a full face helmet rather than open faced which we have. I've  also have heard that the range on the Bluetooth systems are pretty poor..
     
    Just wondering if anyone has tried any and could make a recommendation?

    yeah mate i've only used on full face. Bluetooth range was excellent (if line of sight OK)

    Mate I put in a DMME unit 2 years ago and it still  works well. Dale is a nice guy and goe's out of his way to help, plus it is also a nice ride to Swansea
