My young bloke bought a digital speedo for his bike(2.5" bar mounted)and connected everything up except the actual speed sensor...Everything was working fine,blinkers,high beam,nuetral ect and then today turned the bike on and the speedo was dead...We took it off and connected it up to power and earth to see if it would light up but it's dead...Any idea's???Hopefull we can send it back under warranty but I am still waiting to hear back...

Just had an email from the supplier to say no warranty...Reconds it obviously shorted out so bad luck...$400.00 down the tube in just under a week...Won't be buying off them again so now on the lookout for another one...

Where did you buy it, Here or OS ?

It was from an Aussie ebay dealer...

Buy Law, 12 months Warranty . If it's New and Bought from a Reg Business,,,

Thanks Walka...I'm not sure where to go from here but have sent an email to Wire PLus in the states letting them know what happened and to check on there warranty so we will see what happens from here...

If you paid via paypal open a dispute.

Yep - If an Aussie retailer 12 months.

BUT if you get no fun out of them, hit up paypal. They will instantly freeze the money from the seller until the dispute is settled.
