Just recently bought a side swing arm solo bag for my 08' sporty. Bought it off ebay and was just delivered today. At first sight it looks great. But when fitting it to the bike it's a shamble... The tie downs are completely in the wrong places. The bag needs to be modified some what but i'm confident i can make it look neat. Its so frustrating when you buy these things and they don't just slap on on...

Has any body had the same problem? If so, what do you recommend to make a neat tie down?
