I just wondered why Great Service Dealers & Workshops shouldn't be deleted. It seames business are happy to take the praise but not the criticism, in reading both threads i found the same dealers named.

As some others have already said, you can in fact seperate the good from the bad by highlighting the good and leaving out the bad.

If there truly are businesses out there that provide shit service then they won't last long.  

If people could be relied on, to only state facts, there wouldn't be a problem with critisms of their product or service.
