    Notes on Helmets...
    If your helmet is over 12 years old then it is probably not acceptable for use on the Drag Strip. Look for the following markings to check if your helmet is ok to use for racing. Sometimes the label is under the padding inside the helmet.

    Full or Open Face Helmets bearing any of these standards are acceptable;
    SNELL SA 2000, SA 2005, SFI 31.2 (US)
    SNELL M 2000, M2005, SFI 41.2 (US)
    BS 6658-85 Type A (British)
    SNELL 2000/2005 - SFI 31.1 (US)
    BS 6658-1985 Type A/FR (British)
    AS/NZS 1698/2006 (AS/NZS 1698) < Note this new standard

    Good to catch up with some of the die hards, and see some serious Harley draging...The track marshalls had thier work cut out sweeping shredded belts as well...

    Kudos to Surly, the RK is now a latent drag machine....Spose the next thing is bigger motor, clutch, slicks, nitros etc...LOL
