Start the Bike up , make the Pipes Hot and Wipe off with a Wet Rag

If that dont work, you can try acetone.............(just check somewhere inconspicuous it don't take the paint off- shouldn't tho as the paint should have been baked on)

I have used oven cleaner successfully on CHROME pipes but have never used it on coated black pipes.

I would try what Walka said first-- heat em up and wet rag wipe off -- suggest oven cleaner as a last resort.

Toothpaste is also good for very light scratch removal on helmet visors.
