Bought an 05 fat boy with Big Radius. Lasted 4 days and told the dealer to put the SE2 pipes back on because the V&H were so loud I was sure I'd get booked. The SE2s turned out to be louder (and deeper) and now I'm wearing ear plugs (ok, turns out the original owner removed the baffles). If I still had the V&H I'd put them back because they look so good. The sound is loud but a bit sharp...more of a crack than a thud if that makes sense. Short pipes are always less deep. They look great though, esp on a soft tail since it shows the "hard tail" rear suspension so well. Some people think they are a bit common now but I'd still take them back.
