Might sound like a stupid question but how you gonna find one , are you going over , gonna look over the net at the american papers , whichever way, how do you know which is the best state to lookin for a bargain , some might be hurting more than others , Do you know someone who can check it over for you ,

Interested because  am thinking about it myself , curious to know the best way round it.
