Please hold off on this purchase.  There has been several problems associated with major parts in this motor.  Do with this information what you like.  Wait until the testers reports come in other than those who work at HD.

There's one being put in a 2010 Wideglide in Mildura as we speak...
It will be up & running late tomorrow or early next week.

if you check the us forums theres over 40 pages on the 120r ,these guys know more about the 120 motor their critical assement is informative .
