I have posted before about my repair woes since the bike accident but finally some good news

I have finally received the last of my missing parts from the dealer. Had someone from the dealer ring me last week to get it sorted out, he got passed the hot potato.

Well we had a chat, he apologised and said it would be sorted. My mind had me thinking, yep heard that before, BUT this time it was different. The gentleman this time actually made a follow up call to me and notified me of when the remaining package was couried out. This was a first for this company.

During the first conversation I actually raised the point that I would have thought that the company could have offered something to try and make up for what had happened, couldnt change the fact of what had happened, but offering something might go towards making a peace offering. I was asked what I would like and so told him and he did state that he couldnt garuantee that he could do it but he would try. To his credit, those goods have come through.

This man kept his word to everything he said. Warren at Peter Stevens Harley Heaven ..you are a stand up man and I just wish that all staff at the shop were like you.

I have bagged the shop for what has happened to me to this point, but I felt it important to also state the good that has happened, it took a while but finally someone came through.

So smiles all round RKC Bet ya looking forward to having the bike soreted .....at last.
