    Howdy Fangio  Been reading up on the Hdforum in the U.S  about Badasschrome  this bloke is a real wank . shifty Bastard . There is a lot of threads about this business. Pages of people complaints . The more money you out lay the more you get Fuc-ed around . Thanks for your reply been advised to go to pay pal dispute.

    I bought parts form Zanottis in the US.   Can't speak highly enogh of them.  Good service and quick too.

    Over the years I have bought just about everything from O/S (USA) never had an issue but i do lots and lots of research and talk to US forum members before I ever order
    Too far and too expensive to head round with a baseball bat LOL

     hey, i`ve used badasschrome halfa dozen times and they have been great, had the parts inside 10 working days, they forgot to send one thing out of a group of things, and sent it with some  free goodies for me with the missing part too, i think they are really good and the price including postage is very reasonable. 308bever (((-:

    Yeah I am hearing you about Badass, I have placed about 6 orders this year with them, over 3 grands worth & each order they have fucked up. I am now on personal speaking terms with Doug the owner & have his personal email & permanent 10% discount. It is hard work but worth the savings. Maybe I am just a sadist!

    Sorry to hear what has happened to you, I never gave up , I  rang every day  6 am our time  to I got him on the phone , I  got my money back ,  Badass Doug  got sick of me ,    M & M  Cycles all the way  .

    mate you are not the only one I have been waiting since March last yr for a part from Chromefusion in the US & some of the storyies I have been getting are great, They sent me a photo a couple of weeks ago of my part to show its been done. They say they are throwing in a couple of extra things for me being so patient.... yeah right like you wish I was closer so now just sit & wait it might get here be for Xmas.

    But other places I have dealt with have been great like S&S, Oil Bud, J&P Cycles & Arnotts just a few & they have all been great to deal with.

    Wish I'd read this thread last year. I ordered mirrors on November 21st. That's 2 months and 4 days ago. Mirrors haven't arrived. I went through Paypal but they will only act within 45 days so my patience was no virtue. Upthearsechrome won't return my phone calls or e-mails. Thieves.

    For what it's worth.

     

    If you like what you see in their catalog, then get the part number and search ebay,,, check out the same part from CoolCustomChrome,,, same supplier different trading name,,, anyways, must be the ebay conditions, but orders and tracking numbers get dealt with pronto and there doesn't seem to be the hassles that BadAssChrome can invent.

    That customer he speaks of was me.  Doug eventually rang and spoke to me after I sent his matter to the FBI on-line Fraud Dept and sent him back my case number.  I believe he has good intentions but his organisation / staff are inept.   I still don't have the mirrors I paid for on 20th November 2010. 3 months ago today.

    I wish I had seen this thread earlier. Have been waiting over 3 months for some parts for my XR1200X. Have emailed them about 10 times and even rang and left a message. Still not one response. I am getting to the end of my tether and now want my money back. Anyone got Doug's direct email address?

    Man am I glad that I found this forum before submitting my $500+ order. I sent that douch an email back saying I'm not interested after he sent me to his website after I msged him on eBay. Sorry for the guys that lost $ and/or got stuffed around but thanks for the heads up!

    While on this line, has anyone on here had any dealings with V-Mod.com also known as Main Street Motorcycles from Cedarburg Illinois?
    I ordered some mid-mount footrests from them back in April, received an order confirmation and a couple of emails saying they would be shipped...
    and have received NOTHING! Paid on my credit card....so I'm out $600 odd.

    Looks like Harley has a new policy of only selling to customers in your own country or something. I haven't gotten anywhere with M&M Cycles or Zanotti because of this. Has anyone purchased from the US recently that they can recommend?
