Sounds fairly legit but give Vic Roads a call and get them to check the Vin number for theft etc and get them to check the Vehicles security register for any outstanding finance contracts etc.

Give yourself plenty of time because you will be waiting in the phone que forever.

You should have no probs if you do that and bike comes with full rego and rwc.

Doesn't it cost to do a revs check in Vic?

It depends on the guys name, anyone with that many bikes would be known, most of the vintage bike collectors and racers don't register them, generally. Call Harley City talk to Pedro.
