G'Day Guys, Can anyone assist me with information on importing a Roadking into Australia, I'm thinking of going over to do Sturgis & ride around for a couple of months then bring the bike back, any info on taxes, duty, shipping & compliance would be appreciated, or any pitfalls to watch out for,  Cheers

i imported a corvette from the usa, i contacted Peter Leahy imports on brisbane rd labrador, and he handled the shipping and import paperwork. not sure if he brings bikes in but i found him realy helpfull and had some good advice. car arrived without a hickup or a scratch.  if he doesnt do bikes im sure he would know who does.  i assume that like cars you will need the original bill of sale... govt website will have info on tax which may depend on year and how long youve owned it.
