I stole mine from my grandad - he was a 39-45 WW2 engineer and a member of a little mob called the wild geese. You may have seen the movies from the 70's though they have nothing to do with reality of course.
The old boy was in the D day landings (on sword beach) after fighting in Africa & India and I knew nothing about any of his experiences until a few weeks before he died, I spent those few weeks learning as much as I could about his past. It ain't much but I always remember the wild geese thing and it's my way of paying respects to him and his mob.
71 is when I was born.
I think most people think it has something to do with being chased.
Back when Elvis was still with us my foster parents where school teachers, mostly aboriginal church missions around the NT, I was almost all ways the only white kid in my class and all ways had the latest and greatest of everything, heck I even had shoes. Name comes from what my class mates called me, either Todeadly or Deadly Dave which is (for those who choose not to remember) '70s speak for "To Cool for School". Bugger, now you know my name is Dave.
Toxic has always been my nick name from the old farm days, if it grew in the ground or ran above it I'd find a way to end it's life if I had to. Mind you those days are well & truely behind me but the name has stuck & the line in my signiture is due to the scars I have to prove it.
a few peeps know where mine came from.... and now so does UNCLE
PhillSpace ..... because I do just that
coz I are one.
I fit ducting

This being the first ever forum I have been involved in (and being almost computer illitterate) I put the wrong thing in the wrong box when signing on. It was meant to be UNCLE FAT which has been my nick name since my mate started pumping out kids 25 years ago. Before that it was just FAT.
I got really inventiveeee and put my name backwards with my DOB. kcuF haeY if you get my drift.
