Well some I have read reckon they pop. But I have the 2 in 2 big radius and a kurry corsair heavy breather and zero popping.

I used tts to tune mine and I am only using on of the canned maps. No tune yet.

Check your header bolts maybe loose and leaking.

Well I am about to go in my first major run with the new pipes - (about 300k) and will let you know how they go and if they pop.

I got popping but then i have sideshots, I reckon if you tune it to run strong when you back off by default your gonna get some popping (strong tuned up to the limit - then back off and pop pop)

Ok - 2000kms on the bike - ZERO popping with the Radius 2 in 2.

There is no reason that you should put up with popping. If it pops, its tuned wrong.

Hi well it comes down to tuning ? I have been selling and fitting Thundermax's since 2006 and we can tune the Poping out with a Thundermax - but with SE Race Tuners and Power Commanders it some times is impossible because of there Limited Tune Abilty. HFS

Maybe I am odd, but i like the popping!
